How do I subscribe to Special Offers?

Orders can be changed or cancelled by contacting our customer service department. Once orders close, customer service is unable to make any changes. During peak holiday, orders could close up to 12 days before your delivery date. Once the order closes we are unable to make any changes or cancellations as the shipping process has already begun and labels generated.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Click the "Forgot Password?" on the "My Account" page.

Enter your email address and click "Send Email". You will receive an email with a temporary password. Return to the "My Account" page. Enter your email address and the temporary password. Click "Log In" then reset your password under the "Settings" area called "Update Your Password".

Will UPS deliver to a P.O. Box?

Add your items to your Wishlist by selecting "Add to Wishlist" located under on the Product Page under the "Add to Cart" button. 

You will be prompted to Login to your Account if you haven't logged in yet or "Create a New Account" to save your Wishlist. You can then add or edit your Wishlist in your account.

How do I view my Wishlist or create one?

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii please call customer support and we will be happy to assist you in completing your order; available during our normal business hours. We DO NOT ship to Canada or Puerto Rico.

Do you ship outside the United States?

If payment issues prevent you from completing your order, please follow these steps: Confirm that you are using a valid payment method. Remove any outdated payment methods from your account. If necessary, remove and re-add your payment method to your account and re-attempt checkout. Contact your financial institution. Often, the payment processing issues that customers experience are linked to issues with their bank account. If you are able to process you order at the time of checkout we will charge the form of payment on file when your order is ready for pickup. Your credit card, debit card and/or HoneyBaked Gift Cards will be processed and if the payment has an issue you will receive an email to call the HoneyBaked store with a new form of payment or to come in for your selected pickup date and time with a new form of payment. 

What if there’s a problem with authorizing my payment? 

We’ll charge your method of payment when your order has been picked and placed on hold for you. We may put an authorization hold on your debit/credit card when you place your order, which should be removed by your card-issuing bank once your card has been charged. Please note that HoneyBaked doesn’t control how long authorization holds stay on your account. You may call your card-issuing bank if you have further questions. 

When will my card be charged? 

We accept major credit including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa, debit cards and up to (5) HoneyBaked Gift Cards online. You can use up to (5) HoneyBaked Gifts Cards and 1 credit/debit card at one time. Two credit/debit/pre-paid cards cannot be used at one time. Prices shown when you place your order may differ at the time you receive your order due to coupons, substitutions, taxes (if applicable) and weighted items. 

What payment methods do you accept? 

Yes, we take all reasonable steps to protect our customers personal information against loss, misuse and alteration. 

We use encryption technology whenever receiving and transferring your personal information on our site. When you are viewing a page that is requesting personal information, the URL in the address bar at top of your browser will start with "https". This indicates your transaction session is secured through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

Is your checkout secure?

Place your order ahead of time by first selecting your HoneyBaked pickup location online through HoneyBaked.com by searching with your zip code or city and state. Once you’ve selected your store, you will see all the products available for pickup at that chosen location. Select your HoneyBaked favorites and add those items to your cart. Once ready; select check out and you will be able to choose the date and time to pick up your order. Pay for your order with your credit card or HoneyBaked gift cards. Your time slot is a 30-min hour window in which you or the alternate pickup person you entered at checkout will be ready for pick up when the order was placed. Don't forget to share the order details including the order number, products to be picked up, and payment that was entered.

Typical pickup hours range per store and per week. Some hours may vary by location. Check local store listing for details. Orders placed same day will be available for pick up the next day. You cannot change the pickup store once the order has been placed.

What is the California Call Center information?

A $1 authorization hold is placed on your card each time you place an order to confirm the card is valid. This is for them to ensure that funds are available to pay for your transaction. Based on your bank or financial institution, the hold should be released in 3 to 5 business days. This $1 hold will expire when the transaction is completed. For more information regarding this hold, please contact your financial institution. Prices shown when you place your order may differ at the time you receive your order due to coupons, substitutions, taxes (if applicable) and weighted items. 

What is the authorization hold on my credit/debit card? 

Nutritional information can be found online at the bottom of the HoneyBaked website in the footer or on the product package. For products picked up in a retail store, the nutritional information can be found on the product package or ask a store associate for more information.

Where can I find nutritional information?

You can place your order up to 60 days in advance through our website.

You can change your billing address during secure checkout by editing your billing address on the payment page.

Where do I update my billing payment or address?

Yes, items purchased must match the promotional offer description and be within the expiration date. Offers cannot be applied to previous purchases. 

If the value of a coupon is greater than the purchase value of the item we do not give cash back nor do we apply any overages to the remaining items in the transaction. We have the right to refuse, or limit the use of any coupon. Discount not valid on gift cards or gift certificates. Discount does not apply to shipping and handling and is not valid with any other promotion or offer (unless a shipping promotion). Product prices do not include shipping and handling. How can I reorder the same gift from last year(s)?

During non-holiday months we will process your order 3 business days before your requested delivery date. EGift Card purchases are charged instantly.

For Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas; during holiday peak all payments will be charge within a 60-day window of the requested delivery date. You will see an authorization pending charge and will settle within 60-days of their requested delivery date. If its outside the 60-day window the pending authorization charge will be removed (depending on the bank issuer) within 5-7 business days. This is to secure inventory and ensure order fulfillment due to holiday volume.

When do you charge my payment for the order?

Check Gift Card Balance by entering the Gift Card number and PIN (both numbers can be found on the back of the card or in your email for the eGift Card).

How do I check my Gift Card Balance?

HoneyBaked's acknowledgement of an order means that your order request has been received, and does not guarantee your order has been accepted or prepared or that the price or availability of an item has been confirmed. There are a few reasons why we may need to cancel an order, such as: item became unavailable or invalid payment method. For orders canceled because of payment reasons, you can place a new order with updated payment information or walk-in with the new form of payment. 

Why has my order been canceled?

Where can I update my account?

We accept Credit Cards and HoneyBaked Gift Cards (eGift Cards included). At checkout enter your American Express®, Discover®/Novus®, Mastercard®, Visa®. We also accept third-party gift cards from American Express, Discover, Visa and Mastercard. Please enter your HoneyBaked Gift Card(s) first and if there is a remaining balance to be paid you can add a secondary form of payment.

What payment types do you accept?

Having both an email address and phone number allows our pickup associates to reach out in case of any issues with your order. When we receive your order, we will review to ensure product availability and the date selected is confirmed and if there are any modifications including substitutions we will reach out to confirm you're satisfied with the proposed changes. While HoneyBaked strives to keep all items in stock, an item you’ve selected may occasionally be unavailable. Our pickup associates are trained to make proper substitutions for out of stock items, so your order will always have the items you need, as close to your original order as possible.  

Why do you need a telephone number?

At HoneyBaked we offer a wide selection of varied weights for our ham and turkey breast products. Our HoneyBaked associates will choose the items that most closely match what you’ve ordered, down to the weight or count. Online prices reflect the price in-store on the day you place your order. Some prices may change between the time you place your order and the time you pick up your order at the store but the exact price of each item you paid online will be reflected on your receipt and shown in the email when your order is ready for pickup. If you have a concern about a specific price, please bring it to the Associate's attention at the counter when picking up your order. 

How are weighted items chosen?

UPS cannot schedule a specific delivery time within that window.

Shipments are generally delivered anytime between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (and sometimes later) to residences, and by close of business for commercial addresses. 

Can I have my order delivered at a specific time?

Our HoneyBaked Whole Turkeys are, in fact, fully cooked. But they’re not table ready to serve. To heat your HoneyBaked Whole Turkey, remove all packaging, place it in the pan, and cover loosely with foil. Bake at 350°for approximately one hour, then baste and bake an additional 30 to 45 minutes, or until its internal temperature reaches 150°. If you choose to cook from frozen, remove all packaging and place your frozen Turkey in a roasting pan. Add 1⁄2 cup water, and cover the Turkey with foil and seal tightly. Bake at 375° for 3 to 3 1⁄2 hours, and then baste and bake for an additional hour, or until its internal temperature reaches 150°. Enjoy!

What is the best way to serve my HoneyBaked Whole Turkey?

While some of the items we offer are currently in-store only, we’re always looking to expand our product offering for our customers online and have a limited selection of HoneyBaked products that can be fulfilled.

What if an item I want is not available on your site?

We accepted HoneyBaked digital coupons at checkout by entering the numeric sku presented above the barcode; there may also be a call out called online coupon code. We also have auto-discounted coupons that may be applied with a promotional code when selected products are purchased together. The coupon will automatically be applied to your order and reflected on the cart with the discount minus from your total. We encourage customers to use digital coupons whenever possible to ensure that your pickup experience is as quick as possible. While HoneyBaked is happy to accept paper coupons at time of pickup, please note that this will increase your pickup time.

Do you accept coupons? 

We have a great selection of ham and turkey sandwiches and complete catering buffets with an assortment of our signature sandwiches, fresh deli sides, chips and our hard-to-resist cookies. What sandwiches or catering options are there?

You can absolutely freeze your Honey Baked Ham if it arrives frozen from a website purchase! We can guarantee the same great quality and freshness for up to 30 days. To best retain the original texture and flavor, we recommend keeping your Ham wrapped in the HoneyBaked foil and a plastic bag before freezing. Hams purchased refrigerated from a retail store should not be frozen unless you are using it for left overs. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Can I freeze my Honey Baked Ham?

At HoneyBaked, we select only the finest, leanest Hams available. Then, each Ham is slowly smoked to capture that unique, distinctive flavor. How do you make Honey Baked Ham?

BOPIS is Buy Online Pickup In-Store; HoneyBaked offers an online ordering service where you can shop online for the products you need and pick up your order at your selected HoneyBaked location. The HoneyBaked BOPIS experience is called Pre-Paid Pick-Up. We’re always evaluating new locations for pickup. As we continue to set up new pickup locations, we do our best to communicate it to our existing customers. 

What is BOPIS?

Our bone-in ham is always moist and tender because it’s slow smoked up to 24 hours. Our bone-in ham is authentically spiral sliced around the bone for perfect slices every time. Our boneless ham is mildly smoked (10-11 hours) for a lighter taste that’s lean, moist and tender. The boneless ham is pre-sliced. Both are handcrafted with our sweet and crunchy glaze topping. We recommend our signature bone-in Honey Baked Ham for life’s special occasions and our boneless ham for more casual gatherings.

Our Bone-In Honey Baked Hams are cooked longer in a smokehouse with a hardwood blend for up to 24 hours, yielding natural smoke flavor from real hickory and maple chips. Each Bone-In Ham is spiral-sliced around the bone while the Boneless Ham is sliced traditionally. Additionally, our Boneless Ham has slightly thinner slices and is a bit leaner with less fat. Our Boneless Ham maintains the same percentage of protein, fat and minerals as the original muscle did before we removed the bone. 

What’s the difference between a Boneless Ham and a Bone-In Ham?

What side dish do you have and how do I prepare them?

Each product varies, please see the product packaging for exact prepping instructions or find the product on our website for additional details. You can thaw your Honey Baked Hams® by placing it in the refrigerator 24 to 36 hours ahead of your planned serving time. 

The Honey Baked Hams® are fully cooked and ready to enjoy. Take the meat out of the refrigerator to stand at room temperature for at least 30 min before serving. Refrigerate unused portions immediately. Turkey Breast takes approximately 12-24 hours to thaw in the refrigerator.

How long does the product(s) take to thaw?

Most products are shipped in 2-business days to arrive-by the date you specify. 

If there is a delay, we will notify you by email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may arrive at a different time, and items ordered together might arrive in separate boxes.

How does the order arrive?

Plastic Gift Cards ship USPS Ground at no charge but must have a 7-10 day business lead time ahead of your requested delivery date; if not a $5 charge will be applied.

 UPS Priority and Express Services are also available. eGift Cards will be sent as soon as possible. 

How do Gift Cards ship?

We can deliver to a military base if we have a physical street address that is not a barracks. We also are unable to ship to FPO or APO addresses at this time. 

We are not able to ship to residents of these facilities, as the package will be delivered to a mail room area and not properly refrigerated. 

Do you ship to Military Bases?

Please check the information entered at checkout was accurate and try again. If you continue to have a decline please reach out to your issuing bank or try a different payment method. 

After your order has been received we may reach out that your order has a hold; please remember when ordering ahead to check that your expiration date is before your requested delivery date to avoid a delay on your order. Call customer support to update your order with a new payment. We'll need the following information from you: The credit card number, expiration date and security code as well as your order number for faster service.

What should I do if my payment is declined?

Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. In your cart, select "Have a promo code?" enter the promotional offer from your email, catalog or online offer and select apply. 



You'll see your discount applied to the left in the product summary area. Only one promo code can be applied. When this occurs, the best discount will be applied to your order. Promotion codes and discounts do not apply to sales tax, gift cards, and may not apply to some shipping and handling fees. Refer to the original promotional materials for more details. Retail Store coupons are not valid for online shipped orders.

How do I place a large gift order or buy Gift Cards in bulk?

Yes, once in the checkout you can select your requested delivery date in the Delivery Options area. All standard shipments are shipped to arrive within a two-day window of the chosen delivery date. The order may arrive a day before or a day after the chosen delivery date. The only way to guarantee a specific day/date, it if the order ships via Rush or Special Day Shipping. We cannot ship products to arrive on Sundays.

Can I have my order delivered on a specific day?

What are your store hours?

HoneyBaked Gift Cards are available for purchase in-store, or HoneyBakedOnline.com. HoneyBaked Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other HoneyBaked gift Cards and are offered in the following denominations: 
Physical: $25, $35, $50, $75, $100 - pickup in-store or sent by mail, delivered in 5-7 days. 
eGift Card: $25, $35, $50, $75, $100 - emailed usually within 4 hours. 

Can I buy Gift Cards?

Your HoneyBaked order can be returned at the counter using the receipt that is emailed to you after your order is picked up. To complete a return using the emailed receipt, print or access the receipt from a mobile device and present it at counter. The store cannot look up the receipt for your purchase using the debit or credit card you used as payment.

What to do with my leftovers?

Honey Baked Hams® are pre-sliced, but you may also prefer to section the ham into smaller portions. Using a sharp knife, cut around the bone of the ham. Cut along the natural muscle line to remove the top section of slices. Cut straight down from the base of the bone to release remaining sections.

HOW SHOULD I SLICE MY HONEY BAKED HAM?

Typically, they are sent within 4 hours of processing but can take up to 24 hours. You will receive an email once the e-Gift Card has been sent.

How do eGift Cards ship?

Each are delicious! If you are looking for a more traditional Turkey Breast taste then choose the Oven-Roasted. For a sweeter, smoky taste choose our Honey Baked Smoked Turkey Breast.

Which flavor is better – the Smoked or Roasted Turkey Breast?

We can ship to employees of hospitals, colleges, prisons, etc. if we have a physical street address and contact name. We are not able to ship to residents of these facilities, as the package will be delivered to a mail room area and not properly refrigerated. 

Do you ship to Hospitals, Dorms or Prisons?

If kept in the refrigerator, Honey Baked Ham will stay fresh for 7 to 10 days and the Honey Baked Turkey Breast will stay fresh for 5 to 7 days.

How long can I keep my ham or turkey in the refrigerator?

All of our shipped hams, turkey breasts and whole turkeys are gluten-free! Please note: Products in our retail store are not produced in a gluten-free environment.

Do your hams or products have glutens in them?

We offer Standard Shipping, Rush Shipping, and Special Day Shipping options.

What are your shipping methods?

Located at the top of the checkout page select "I want to ship to multiple addresses". Add each shipping address with a gift message and delivery date.

How do I ship to multiple addresses?

They will leave it at the door without a signature. The only exceptions are if you live in an apartment or a non-release area.
